AP 3D Design
Sculpture Class
Background
AP 3D Design is an advanced placement high school program which provides the resources and framework necessary for young artists to excel beyond typical high school art classes. As the only student enrolled in the class, I was given the freedom to explore different 3D sculpture media and techniques. Featured below are examples of my work ranging from paper-mache to ceramic sculptures. Although I don’t often have the time to create pieces like this any more, this has always been some of my favorite work.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION PORTFOLIO WORK
My work in this class was split into two categories: general pieces and portfolio pieces. All of the pieces in my final portfolio revolved around the theme of environmental conservation. Featured below are some of my favorite peices from this collection.
MEDIA
Throughout my time in AP 3D Design I was exposed to a wide range of media. Although this variation often presented challenges, it allowed me to explore different disciplines and expand my skillset.
